Michael Matthews (BProc; UCT)
Mike was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and qualified at the University of Cape Town in 1983, whereafter he served articles at C & A Friedlander, where he was a partner for 12 years.
During 1996 Mike left C & A Friedlander to commence practice for his own account. He specializes in commercial law and disputes, Property Law,
High Court litigation, Third Party claims, Wills and the Administration of Estates.

Damian Enslin (Ba.LLB; UNISA)
Damian is a qualified Notary and Conveyancer, and has been a partner in the practice since 2004. Damian’s areas of speciality place particular focus on conveyancing and property-related law, including freehold and sectional title ownership, and mortgage bond registrations. Damian also has substantial litigation experience and is highly competent in the prosecution of personal injury claims, with emphasis on injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents

Barry Gregg (LLB; UNISA)
Having obtained a diploma in marketing and sales Barry turned his attention to law. Now an Associate in the practice, Barry joined us in 2003 and has been a qualified attorney since 2006. Barry is an expert in the field of third party motor vehicle injury and personal injury claims and litigation in both the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court, and has a keen interest in matrimonial law and the administration of deceased estates. |
Kerin Gunter (LLB; UNISA)
Kerin grew up in Pietermaritzburg, Natal before moving to Stellenbosch to commence her studies through the University of Stellenbosch. She then moved on to Cape Town to complete her LLB degree through UNISA. Kerin joined the firm in 2008 as a candidate attorney, and works predominantly on litigation, matrimonial, deceased estates, MVA claims and conveyancing matters.
